Parc Spirou is located at 1 Rue Jean-Henri Fabre, 84170 Monteux.
CAR
The park is located 10 mins from Carpentras, 15 mins from Avignon, 50 mins from Nîmes and Aix-en-Provence, 1 hour from the gates of Marseille, 1 hour 20 mins from the gates of Montpellier and Valence, 2 hours 10 mins from the gates of Lyon and Nice…
The parking lot is owned by the Communauté de Communes and managed by the Monteux Town Hall. Please note that parking fees apply.
Parking information
There are 4 monitored paid municipal car parks: to visit Parc Spirou, you must park at P4.
It is now equipped with solar panel canopies. These structures provide shade and protection from the weather: visitors can walk sheltered, and vehicles stay out of the sun during the day.
Additionally, 24 charging stations for electric vehicles will soon be activated.
MOTORHOME
Motorhome parking is only available in car park P4 (opposite Parc Spirou). Indeed, this car park has no height restrictions, unlike other areas with low shade canopies. The pricing is the same as for a car.
Overnight parking is tolerated there. The car park remains quiet, is monitored by cameras, and has public restrooms nearby. Please note however: this is not a service area. You will not find any electric charging stations or waste disposal facilities.

TRAIN
The park is accessible by TER or TGV, depending on your route:
- TER ZOU: lines AVIGNON TGV or AVIGNON CENTRE – CARPENTRAS: Stop at MONTEUX train station
- TGV (OUIGO, TGV INOUI, TGV Lyria…) and Intercités: lines PARIS – AVIGNON TGV

BUS
The park is accessible by bus, with several routes depending on your departure point:
- Réseau Régional ZOU: Take line 905 – Avignon PEM – Carpentras PEM = Stop at SOLEIL (7 minutes on foot from the park entrance)
- Voyages Arnaud: Take the Mont’en bus line = Stop at SOLEIL (7 minutes on foot from the park entrance)
BICYCLE
Fancy coming by bike? Parc Spirou also welcomes you on two wheels! A bike park is available at the park entrance, and new spaces will soon be installed by the City of Monteux.
To make the most of your day, lockers are also available to easily store your helmets and personal belongings.
