Park Access

Do we need to book to visit the park?
We highly recommend booking your dated tickets online! If you already have undated tickets (Invitations, CSE, Associations, Interce, France Billet or Ticketnet resellers...) or your Season Pass, no need to book—you'll still be able to access the park. If you qualify for a reduced rate (visitors with disabilities, students, seniors), have a discount coupon to redeem, or are paying with holiday vouchers, your tickets can be purchased directly at the park's ticket booths on the morning of your visit.
When is the best time to visit the park?
Attendance depends on the weather, the time of year (weekends, school holidays), and special events. We can't say in advance which day will be the most favorable or what the wait times for attractions will be.
What are your opening days and hours?
The park is open from April 4th to November 11th, 2026! Check out our opening calendar directly on the website to plan your visit.
Where is Parc Spirou located?
We are located in Monteux, Vaucluse, just 10 minutes from Avignon! The park's address is 1 rue Jean-Henri Fabre, 84170 Monteux.
Do we need to print our tickets to come to the park?
No need to print your tickets! You can just show them (a confirmation email alone won't work) on your smartphone with brightness at 100%, screen rotation off, and a screen that isn't cracked or broken.
Does the parking lot have electric charging stations?
Unfortunately, the Monteux community parking lot does not yet have charging stations for electric cars.
Is there a charge for parking?
The parking lot is not managed by the park; it belongs to the town of Monteux and the Sorgues du Comtat community. Parking is paid via an hourly rate. Motorhomes are also welcome!
Is cosplay allowed in the park?
Cosplay is allowed in the park, as long as you follow this charter. By entering the park in cosplay, you fully and unreservedly accept all the rules.

Attractions

Is there a height or weight limit for the attractions?
Access to attractions isn't determined by weight, but by build. Safety bars must meet standards set by manufacturers and safety institutes. For these reasons—intended to protect children—their adjustment can make access difficult or even impossible for certain body types. Regarding height requirements, you can find all the access conditions for our attractions on the dedicated page.
Can we take bags on all the attractions?
On some attractions, you will be asked to leave your bag in a locker for the duration of the ride.

Tickets

Is there a half-day rate?
There is no special rate for visiting the park at the end of the day. We offer a single daily rate, and the park is open until 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM depending on the opening calendar.
What are the prices?
You can find all the pricing details directly on our website.
Is there an entry fee for expectant mothers?
Entry is free for expectant mothers, as attractions are off-limits for them. To enjoy this, simply present proof (CAF certificate, ultrasound scan, etc.) directly at the Park's ticket booths.
Am I entitled to a special rate with the Education Pass?
Teachers and their companions can enjoy a special rate at the park ticket booths upon presentation of a valid Education Pass.
Do you accept holiday vouchers (ANCV)?
Paper ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted as payment directly at the ticket booths, at the park reception, in shops, and in restaurants.

Dining

Are there any gluten-free dishes available?
We offer gluten-free options like salads, fruit salads, and panna cottas! While these aren't made in a dedicated gluten-free-only kitchen, our fries are cooked in their own oil bath and have dedicated tongs. You can ask for the list of allergens at any of our dining spots. You're also welcome to bring your own picnic if you have gluten intolerances or allergies.
Do you accept meal vouchers?
No, meal vouchers are not accepted at the park.

Services

Can we bring our own picnic?
Picnics and drinks are welcome in the park! Shaded rest areas are provided for visitors who want to settle in for lunch.
Is the park suitable for a 2-year-old?
Entry to the park is free for children under 1 meter tall! Access to attractions is determined by the visitor's height. You can find all the details for attraction access right on our attractions page.
What are the rates for guests with disabilities?
Entry for a person with a disability is possible upon presentation of one of the following valid documents:
  • Inclusion Mobility Card (Disability; priority for persons with disabilities)
  • Disability Card
  • War Pensioner’s Disability Card
  • Notification of a favorable decision for the sole attribution of a CMI by your department's MDPH
  • EU Disability Card
Upon presentation of a disability card (CMI or old format), you'll get free entry for one companion (only available when purchasing your ticket at the park's ticket booths)! To benefit from special rates and easy access to our attractions, please make sure to bring your original CMI card during your visit (just a reminder: photos, prints, or screenshots can't be accepted as proof).
Do you welcome groups for even more fun?
The more the merrier! We have great group rates available. For more info, reach out to our sales team at 04 58 55 50 07 or commercial@parc-spirou.com (weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm).
Is it possible to enter and leave the park?
Want to step out for a bit? No problem! Just head to the entrance and let our friendly team know before you leave—they’ll give you a special stamp on your arm or wrist. Just a heads-up, we reserve the right to refuse re-entry to anyone who doesn't show this stamp when they return!
Can I bring my dog along for the adventure?
While we love all creatures, pets aren't allowed in the park, except for guide dogs assisting visually impaired guests. However, these special helpers are not allowed on the attractions.
Where can we request prizes for a raffle?
Looking for prizes for your event? You can contact us at this email address: commercial@parc-spirou.com
