RATES
Entry for a guest with a disability is €34 (between 1m and 10 years old) and €38 (11 years and older) upon presentation of one of the following valid documents:
- Inclusion Mobility Card (Disability; priority for persons with disabilities)
- Disability Card
- War Pensioner’s Disability Card
- Notification of a favorable decision for the sole attribution of a CMI by your department's MDPH
- EU Disability Card
Upon presentation of a DISABILITY Inclusion Mobility Card ONLY (CMI format or old format), you will receive free entry for 1 companion (valid only for ticket purchases at the park ticket office).
To benefit from special rates and easy access to our attractions, please make sure to bring your original CMI card during your visit (just a reminder: photos, prints, or screenshots can't be accepted as proof).
ACCESSIBILITY WRISTBAND
Wristbands for easy access to the park's attractions can be provided at the reception desk, for you and a maximum of three companions.*
*For the following attractions, only one companion is allowed: Spirou Racing, Wanted Dalton, En Avant Seccotine, Palombie Secrète, Kyûbi Unchained
YELLOW WRISTBAND = Unlimited easy access to attractions.
Valid for cardholders:
- Inclusion Mobility Disability Cards
- Disability card (including war pensioners)
PURPLE WRISTBAND = Lucky accessibility pass
Valid for cardholders:
- Inclusion Mobility Priority Card for People with Disabilities
- Notification of a favorable decision for the sole attribution of a CMI by your department's MDPH
- EU Disability Card
Reminder: easy access is not priority access.
Only holders of valid original official French documents will be issued an easy access wristband for the person concerned.
Park operators are not authorized to interpret medical certificates and prescriptions. Only notifications of a favorable decision for the specific grant of a CMI by the MDPH can be accepted for the issuance of easy access wristbands.
These conditions apply only at the park's ticket offices and reception.
Easy access routes can only be used in the presence of a yellow or purple wristband holder. If you are not riding the attraction, your companions must use the standard queue. Easy access does not allow for a choice of seats on board ride vehicles and does not grant priority access. The "Easy Access" wristband is personal and must be shown to the attraction operators. Wristbands must be worn on the wrist. In the event of high crowds, easy access may be delayed; you will then be asked to return to the attraction later. Easy access is non-transferable and valid only on the day indicated on the wristband; in case of non-compliance with the rules, the wristband will be removed from its beneficiary, without any claim to a refund of their entrance tickets or a commercial gesture.
Warning: If the wristband is removed or torn off, it will not be replaced under any circumstances.
ATTRACTION ACCESSIBILITY
There are several access possibilities for guests with disabilities:
- or via the attraction exit;
- either via the fast-track access, called the Lucky PASS.
Certain attractions are subject to physical restrictions (height, body shape, seating…) imposed by manufacturers to ensure your safety. As a result, operators may be required to direct you to other attractions that are better suited for you.
Every guest must read the warnings and instructions posted on the height charts at the entrance to the attractions.
For safety reasons, our attractions only accept one guest with a disability at a time.

COMPANIONS
One free companion entry for guests with disabilities will only be granted to holders of the "Inclusion Mobility Disability Card". Companions are essential for guests with mental or physical disabilities. They must be in good physical condition and must be adults in order to assist people with reduced mobility.
SHOPS & RESTAURANTS
The access to shopping and dining areas has been designed to make moving around as easy as possible for everyone. Shops and restaurants are equipped with adapted priority checkout counters.
RESTROOMS
All restrooms at Parc Spirou Provence are equipped for guests with reduced mobility.
FIRST AID
In the event of a medical incident, please contact a park employee. They will immediately inform the first aid teams.
