TICKETING

The Parc Spirou company is a simplified joint-stock company with its headquarters at 1 rue Jean Henri Fabre 84 170 Monteux, registered with the RCS Avignon under number 798 962 106 (the “Company”). The Company operates Parc Spirou Provence, a theme park celebrating the characters and worlds of Spirou and Fantasio, Lucky Luke, Marsupilami, Gaston Lagaffe, and Zombillénium (“Parc Spirou”).

  1. OBJECT AND SCOPE

These general terms and conditions of sale (the “T&Cs”) apply to the sale of tickets by the Company to any consumer (the “Buyer”). These T&Cs apply to tickets sold individually by the Company, directly at the entrance or on the park's online sites. Specific conditions apply to group ticket purchases for more than 20 people, as described in Article 3.3.

The Buyer declares having read these T&Cs before purchasing and acknowledges that order validation implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the date of order validation. The Company reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time by publishing a new version on the Website. Essential characteristics and prices are available on the Website and at the entrance.

  1. DEFINITIONS

Terms used in these T&Cs have the following meanings:

  • “1 meter to 10 years old inclusive”: refers to any person over 1 meter tall and under 11 years old on the day of entry (child measured with shoes on at the park entrance)
  • “11 years and up”: refers to any person aged 11 or over on the day of entry to Parc Spirou
  • “Under 1 meter”: refers to any person measuring less than 1 meter tall on the day of entry (measured with shoes on at the park entrance)
  • “Ticket”: refers to the ticket allowing access to Parc Spirou and all its attractions open to the public, for one day of operation, during public opening hours, for an individual person, on a specific date (“Dated Ticket”) or non-specific date (“Undated Ticket”), under the conditions described in these T&Cs and whose essential characteristics and Price are described on the Website.
  • “Dated Ticket”: refers to the ticket allowing access to Parc Spirou and all its attractions open to the public, for one day of operation, during public opening hours, for the benefit of an individual person on a specific date chosen by the Buyer at the time of order or on the day of purchase at the Park entrance and mentioned on the Ticket by the Company.
  • “Undated Ticket”: refers to the ticket allowing access to Parc Spirou and all its attractions open to the public, for one day of operation, during public opening hours, for the benefit of an individual person, for a period chosen by the Buyer at the time of order and not for a specific visit day, valid until the last day of the period chosen by the Buyer and mentioned on the Ticket, subject to the park's capacity on the chosen day of visit. Undated tickets are not available for purchase at the Park entrance.
  • “Season Pass” or “Gold Pass”: refers to the ticket used to obtain an issued, nominative, and non-transferable Pass, granting unlimited access to Parc Spirou and all its attractions open to the public, during public opening hours, for the benefit of an individual person, from the date of the Season Pass's issuance until the expiration date indicated on said Pass.
  • “2-Park Offer”: refers to the combined ticket allowing access to Parc Spirou and Wave Island, and all attractions open to the public, for one day of operation, during public opening hours, for an individual person, for a period chosen by the Buyer at the time of order and not for a specific visit day, valid until the last day of the period chosen and mentioned on the Ticket, subject to park capacity on the chosen visit day. These tickets are also available at the parks' ticket counters.
  • “Free Child”: refers to any person measuring less than one meter tall on the day of entry to Parc Spirou.
  • “Group”: refers to a set of at least twenty (20) people visiting Parc Spirou together on the same day.
  • “Price”: refers to the unit value of a Ticket, in euros, including all taxes; as mentioned on the Website on the day of order validation or at the Parc Spirou entrance on the day of purchase.
  1. TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURES

3.1 Online Ticket Purchase

To purchase a Ticket on the Website, the Buyer must:

  1. Go to the Website https://ticket.parc-spirou.com/b2c/ticketSale/tickets?category=BILLETS
  2. Follow the instructions on the Website, specifically: select the desired offer and number of Tickets, then click “add to cart” and then “next”
  3. Check the order, accept the T&Cs and the privacy policy, and click “confirm”; if the Buyer wishes to modify the order, they can do so by emptying their cart;
  4. If the Buyer is a new customer, they must create an account by providing their first name, last name, date of birth, country of residence, city, zip code, email, and password. If the Buyer is already a customer, they must log in using their email and password.
  5. Choose payment method. Enter the credit card number and relevant details, then click “Confirm”. Once the transaction is finalized, the Buyer receives an email confirmation. Each Ticket is nominative and personal and may not be resold by the Buyer.

3.2 Purchasing Tickets at the Parc Spirou entrance

Tickets at the Parc Spirou entrance can be purchased from opening until 1 hour before the park closes. The following are available for sale at the entrance:

  • Dated Tickets, granting immediate access to Parc Spirou and all its attractions open to the public on that day.
  • The 2-Park Offer, allowing immediate or deferred access to Parc Spirou and the Wave Island water park and all their attractions
  • Season Passes and Gold Passes, granting unlimited access to Parc Spirou and all its attractions open to the public, during public opening hours, for the benefit of an individual person, starting from the day of purchase and according to the park's opening calendar.

3.3 Purchasing Tickets for a Group

A Buyer wishing to order Tickets for a Group can benefit from preferential rates under the conditions presented in the Group sales terms. Group Ticket purchases must be made through the sales department by emailing the contact details provided above.

  1. PRICES

Ticket Prices are listed on the Website and/or at the entrance and may depend on the category. The Price includes access to Parc Spirou, excluding catering or personal expenses like parking. For online purchases, the validity of offers and prices is determined by Website updates. Telecommunication costs for site access are the Buyer's responsibility. Reduced rates are available at the entrance upon presentation of valid proof.

  1. PAYMENT METHODS

Ticket Prices must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

5.1 Online Ticket Purchase

Payment of the Price is by credit card only. Accepted cards are Carte Bleue, Visa, and Eurocard / MasterCard. Any bank charges incurred by the transaction for any reason remain the responsibility of the Buyer. In case of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to terminate the order and cancel any Tickets issued. Payments on the Website are secured via encryption to guarantee data confidentiality (3D Secure system).

5.2 Purchasing Tickets at the Parc Spirou entrance

Purchasing one or more Tickets or Season/Gold Passes at the Parc Spirou entrance involves a single payment by credit card (Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa, Carte Bleue, American Express, JCB), cash, or holiday vouchers (Chèques-Vacances) under the specific conditions established.

  1. MODIFYING, EXCHANGING, AND REFUNDING TICKETS

Tickets are non-modifiable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in the event of an unforeseen closure of Parc Spirou.

  1. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L 221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, you do not have a legal right of withdrawal for the purchase of a Ticket related to leisure activities for a specific date or period.

  1. OBTAINING AND USING TICKETS

Tickets purchased online are sent by email in electronic format. The Company does not send Tickets by post, fax, or SMS. Entry is granted upon presentation of printed Tickets. Electronic Tickets on smartphones require a high-resolution screen so the barcode can be scanned.

Tickets and Season/Gold Passes purchased at the Parc Spirou entrance are issued on the same day. In case of loss or theft, no duplicates will be issued. Any claims must be submitted in writing to the Company’s Visitor Relations department.

At the park gates, our team might ask to see a valid ID or check your height to make sure the right ticket was chosen. Want to step out for a moment? No problem! Just let us know before you leave to get a stamp so you can hop back into the action later.

All our tickets, including Season and Gold Passes, give you access to the attractions and facilities open on the day of your visit! Just keep in mind that some access rules based on height and safety are in place to keep everyone smiling and safe.

To ensure your adventure goes as planned, please double-check the opening times of Parc Spirou for the day of your visit!

To keep the park safe and fun, Parc Spirou reserves the right to refuse entry if a ticket is illegible, damaged, or incomplete. Also, if you have an undated ticket, please keep in mind that we may have to pause entries once the park reaches its full capacity to ensure a great experience for everyone.

  1. LIABILITY

While we strive for perfection, we cannot be held responsible for issues caused by visitors, unforeseeable events, or technical glitches during booking or printing that are out of our hands. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for internet-related issues, such as service interruptions or viruses.

All our guests agree to follow our Terms and Conditions and the safety rules of the park for a fantastic visit! We also ask everyone to stay kind and respectful toward our staff and other visitors—let's keep the park a happy place for everyone!

To ensure everyone has a joyful and safe time, we ask that you follow all park rules. If they aren't respected, we may have to end your visit early. In this case, no refund or compensation can be provided.

  1. INSURANCE

For your peace of mind, Parc Spirou is fully covered by civil liability insurance with MMA (policy n°144 947 198).

  1. COMPLAINTS & FEEDBACK

If anything isn't quite right during your visit, please come and see us at the welcome desk right away! We’ll do our very best to find a solution on the spot so you can get back to the fun.

If your issue couldn't be resolved on-site, or if you have a question about your ticket purchase, please reach out to us as soon as possible by registered mail or at the following address: accueil.visiteurs@parc-spirou.com.

Any feedback must clearly state the reasons for your dissatisfaction and the date of your visit to Parc Spirou. To help us process your request quickly and smoothly, please make sure to attach your proof of visit (entry tickets, vouchers, etc.).

  1. DISPUTES

If you have a disagreement with us, you can use a free consumer mediation service to reach a friendly resolution. Just remember to contact us in writing first so we can try to settle things together!
